Shandong Mansion Qingzhao Hotel covers an area of 75 mu, with a total construction area of 107,000 square meters. It is a large-scale and fully functional high-star tourist hotel that integrates business, accommodation, apartments, food, conferences, recreation and performances, which is built by Zhangqiu District Urban Construction Comprehensive Development Company of Jinan and managed by Shandong Mansion. The hotel has 270 rooms/suite including business rooms, executive rooms and suites, and is equipped with intelligent guest room facilities and equipment such as visual cat eyes and electric curtains. The hotel has a hot pot restaurant with 138 seats, a Chinese à la carte restaurant with 160 seats and a multi-functional conference restaurant, as well as 12 high-grade banquet rooms with different sizes.

The dishes are mainly Shandong cuisine, combining Sichuan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine, Huaiyang cuisine and Beijing-Tianjin cuisine, and integrating local traditional catering culture.

There is a full-time cafeteria on the first floor of the hotel, which has more than 200 seats. The dishes cover Shandong cuisine, Guangdong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Hunan cuisine, private cuisine, Japanese sashimi, western-style desserts, various health soups, pasta, vegetables, fruits, etc. The dishes are rich, diverse, green and healthy, and meet the dietary needs of all ages.

The main building of the hotel has a conference room of 228 square meters, a conference room that can be separated by 238 square meters and two conference rooms that can accommodate 30 people.
